Caliper Pig

Our caliper pig will provide a detailed report of line features (valves, tees, bends, anomalies and dents) throughout the pipeline. We will provide our report within 4 hours of acquiring data from the caliper tool, which call out all dents, bends, welds, valves, tees, reducers and wall changes.

We offer caliper pigs from 4” – 42”. All of our pigs require no technicians, which saves you money and allows you to run the pig on your own schedule.

• 10” - $9,500
• 12” - $9,800
• 14” - $10,000
• 16” - $10,200
• 20” - $11,500
• 22”- $11,800
• 24” - $13,500
• 26” - $14,200
• 30” - $14,900
• 36” - $15,800
• 42” - $17,500   

Note: Each additional mile after the initial ten will be billed at $250 per mile.
